Man wanted on Canada-wide warrant
(Dec 6, 2017-Toronto, ON) The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public's assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of parole.
Douglas Archer is a 65 year old Caucasian male, 173cm (5'8"), 109 kg (241 LBS) with white/blond hair, grey beard and blue eyes.
He is serving an eight year, six month sentence for:
Mischief to Property X2, Arson with Disregard for Human Life, Arson Cause Damage to Property X10, Attempt to Commit Arson, Criminal Harassment, Possession of Incendiary Material and Mischief Under $5000 X2.
The offender is known to frequent Kingston, Thunder Bay and Oxford County.
