Minor injuries in vehicle rollover
( Jan 6, 2018 - Kingston, ON ) Kingston Police say the single occupant of a vehicle rollover on Division St Friday night suffered only minor injuries as a result.
The collision occurred shortly after 11 p.m. on the Division St bridge between John Counter Blvd and Weller. The lone occupant of the vehicle was treated on scene by Frontenac Paramedics and taken to hospital for further treatment.
Kingston Police say that icy road conditions were a main contributing factor to the collision. Alcohol was not a factor, say Kingston Police. Division St northbound was closed for several hours for investigation and subsequent cleanup. City Of Kingston crews were on scene shortly after the collision to remediate the roadway.
